About this opportunity!

We are now looking for Application Support Engineer (Mobile financial services) who will be responsible for the smooth level 1 operations of Mobile money solution deployed with our customer. Ensure timely identification of faults/Issues and recommendation of fixes and provide his valuable insight to solution to problems. Be proactive based on statistical methods to predict and plug potential issues.

What You Will Do

 

  • Alarm monitoring
  • Statistic monitoring
  • Reporting
  • Automation of processes
  • Fix and patch handling
  • Collaborating closely with customer and level 2 for communicating faults, planning fixes
  • Emergency and On Call handling

     

You will bring 

 

  • Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom, Electrical) or
  • Up to 1 year experience preferable in software development/IT sector in Banking operations/Equivalent Mobile money experience.
  • Software development experience
  • Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
  • Experience sharing and collaboration skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
  • Excellent problem analysis and solving skills,
  • Crafting & innovating
  • Applying expertise & technology
